Is SYLC really just $42?

Through the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to keep the cost low for all attendees. This allows us to not only provide incredible communicators, but also breakfast and lunch, gifts and more for each attendee! Current rate is $42 with online registration closing Monday, August 21st. Registration increases to $50 at the door on the day of SYLC.

Also, note that the conference fee for SYLC is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration to secure you or your group’s spot for the event. We are unable to refund this payment if you are unable to attend this event (regardless of the reason for cancellation). However, upon request we will give you access to the Digital Download pack which will give you audio access to both main sessions and each breakout session.

Will there be merchandise available at the conference?

Yes, there will be SLYC Conference and YLC merchandise available for purchase at the conference.

Will there be a bookstore?

Yes, there will be a bookstore with some of the speakers’ books available for purchase via debit or credit card only.

What meals are provided?

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors; coffee, a continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. More details coming soon!

Are there any options for people with dietary restrictions?

Yes, when registering you can order a gluten free or vegetarian meal. Please specify when registering.

Can I purchase all the sessions digitally?

This year, everyone attending SYLC will receive access to the digital download package at no additional cost!

What is the Pre-Conference and what can I expect?

The Pre-Conference begins on Friday morning and is a day with the Lifeway Students Training Team- Zac Workun, Chad Higgins and Amanda Mejias.

This will be a very different environment from the main conference. You can expect a more intimate learning space, quality fellowship and personal access with incredible communicators.

Can I come to just the Pre-Conference?

You can, but why would you want to miss out on so much goodness at the conference?

If I’m bringing a group, can I come to the Pre-conference but bring a group to the Main Conference?

Yes! We know it may not be possible for everyone in your group to make it to both the Friday Pre-conference and the Main conference Saturday.

Do I have to register in advance for SYLC?

We strongly recommend that you register early for SYLC as space is limited.   Yet, we will keep registration open until we are full.   And if there is space available, we do allow walk-ups.   The registration fee for advanced registration is $42 for regular rate and advanced registration closes Monday, August 19th at 5 PM.   Walk-up registrations are handled onsite and the onsite registration fee is $50.  We only accept cash and exact change for Walk-up registrations.

I have a small child, can they attend with me?

We think families are great, and time together is important.  Yet, this conference is only for those who are 18 and older and who have graduated high school. We want everyone to have the best experience possible at this event, so please make arrangements to leave your children at home or arrange childcare for outside of the conference.

How can I register for SYLC?

Scroll up to the top of the page and click the “Register Now” button!

There are two options for registration; Individual Registration and Group Registration. You may also register for the Pre-Conference at the same time.

Group Registration Option: This will allow you to register members of your team and/or family and pay at one time. You can enter each team member’s email address and registration information.
