Chase Acuña
Chase is follower of Jesus and loves His church. He has served in various ministries and leadership roles for the last two decades. Between he and his beloved bride and teammate Jess, they have done everything from: worship, local/global missions, skate ministries, church planting, youth, young adults, admin work and Chase pastoring, to more recently: counseling, coaching, mentoring, and spiritual direction. They have a passion for providing care and encouraging growth and health in pastors, missionaries and leaders for the further flourishing and long term health of the those serving in ministry roles.
It has become a core conviction for them that when leaders are healthy it also means that churches grow healthier, and healthy churches help to spread the good news of the Gospel to their neighborhoods, communities, and cities.
Chase and Jess are a part of a ministry called Standing Stone, which also shares this same conviction. The ministry equips its team to provide a full range of Biblical guidance to ministry leaders and their spouses through ongoing trusted relationships. In this they help navigate crises, help prevent them, and increase leaders’ health so that they may serve from a place of flourishing.
The ministry currently provides this care to over 3,500 leaders across the US, with an estimated impact of around 350,000 people from behind the scenes. The ministry is also committed to doing this without cost to the churches and individuals they minister to, so that all who are in ministry and desire these services might be able to receive it.
In his free time, Chase loves to spend time with Jess, and their two amazing boys Zion and Courage. He also loves to eat sushi, read, learn, work out, drink coffee, and be outdoors as much as possible!
